Poverty is not just in resources, but poverty is a lack of fundamental knowledge of what is instore for future workers and leaders in the job area and a lack of solid role models in the workforce. This poverty is producing a latency in molding young workers to the ideals that business owners’ hunger for. Through the gamut of wide and varying social media marketing that penetrates every bedroom, the development of false notion of what life is after high school and college leads to destructive habits in the work area. This leads to young people being left in a state of ‘I don’t know what I want’. Some have all but lost faith in the possibilities that await them even if they are successful in putting their lives together.

ABOUT US
Jobstead Foundation Inc is a nonprofit business organization that will be an agent in providing Information Technology training/mentoring programs for selected indigent junior and senior high school students in the Inland area. The program intends to form partnerships with local school districts, local business, and global IT giants in the IT industry.
Jobstead Foundation Inc’s goal is to foster a commitment to young people that will promote strong IT skills, easy assimilation into the workforce by providing a strong understanding of business mathematics and business organizational skills and kindle a sense of hope for these selected individuals in their career future.

Our product is hands on service. Only through personal relationships can a sense of individual responsibility be reestablished that will give the student the commitment to follow through on a path to adulthood and into the workforce with a sense of pride and accomplishment.
